Herbed Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1 tsp. fresh marjoram, chopped
    1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in cooking oil until tender, then drain oil.
    Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
    Form into 4 hamburger patties.
    Grill hamburgers until done, about 5 minutes on each side, depending on grill temperature.
