Onion Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 onion slices
    4 raw bacon slices
Preparation
    Combine meat, eggs, flour, catsup, salt and pepper.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Form meat into round cakes (4 to 6).
    Put onions on half of cake and top it with another cake (sandwich-style). Wrap with bacon strips and fasten with toothpicks.
    Broil or outdoor grill for 25 minutes.
    Can make to size burgers you like; time of cooking can change.
    Can also add mushrooms in middle of burgers.
