Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced, cooked carrots
1 small green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large purple onion, sliced
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard and salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender and cool.
Place onion rings and bell pepper on top.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture and let stand overnight.
Great for reunions!!!!!!!
