Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (no salt added)
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
    In large bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, Egg Beaters, onion, garlic, oregano and remaining tomato sauce.
    Shape into 9 x 4-inch loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 or a lesser heat (I bake at 350\u00b0) for 45 minutes or until done.
    Spread reserved tomato sauce over loaf.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
