Sister Bessie'S Rolls - cooking recipe

3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and yeast.
Heat milk, Crisco, sugar and salt until warm.
Stir to melt Crisco. Add to dry ingredients; add egg and beat until smooth.
Add rest of flour and mix with hand.
Place in a greased bowl; let rise for 1 1/2 hours and then knead and roll out.
Let rise 30 to 45 minutes.
