Mini Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers or Lorna Doone shortbread cookies
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preparation

Put foil-lined muffin papers in muffin tins.
Place a cookie in each cup.
