Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (regular or hot)
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (mild or sharp)
    1 to 2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Grate the cheese.
    Mix all ingredients together by hand, adding Bisquick until good, but not too, dry consistency.
    Make 1-inch balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet (I line it with foil).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes about 65.
    Serve warm.
