Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; stir in egg. Mix dry ingredients together. Blend in. Add vanilla and stir well. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes (until they rise and sort of crack). Cut while warm.
