Beef Kabobs Waikiki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 lb. round steak, cut in 2-inch cubes
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1 lb. small onions
    2 to 3 green peppers, cut in chunks
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except meat and vegetables. Stir until well blended.
    Place cubed meat in a 9
    x 13-inch cake pan.
    Pour marinade over and refrigerate overnight.
    Turn occasionally.
