Hershey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. flour
4 beaten eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey's syrup
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreos, crushed in blender or by hand
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding (instant)
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream together the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
Beat together milk, pudding mixes and vanilla.
Combine these two mixtures.
Fold in Cool Whip.
