Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. herb season stuffing mix
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain; do not overcook. Place in 2-quart dish. Combine soup, egg, milk and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add cheese. Mix well. Pour over broccoli and toss. Mix margarine and herb season stuffing. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
