Grand Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    3 slices Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. crabmeat
    1/2 c. chopped shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 or 2 dashes Tabasco
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place cheese slices in pie shell.
    Sprinkle with crabmeat, shrimp, mushrooms, pepper, onion and celery.
    In a bowl, mix the eggs, half and half, soup, garlic powder, Tabasco and flour; pour into shell.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
