Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    coarse salt to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in bowl.
    Add flour, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt; mix well.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic.
    Shape into pretzels on baking sheet.
    Brush with egg.
    Sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
