Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. Cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix shortening, sugar and eggs till creamed. Add flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt and mix. Make into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
