Cheryl'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. lard
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, cut lard and salt into flour until pea size balls form.
    Combine milk, vinegar and beaten egg; mix and add to flour mixture.
    Stir few times to form ball or will stick together.
    Take handful and form ball.
    Roll out.
    Makes 5 crusts.
