Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 medium onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    3 medium carrots, peeled and quartered lengthwise
Preparation
    Place veggies in layers around meat.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer to brown meat.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
