Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    sliced carrots
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving size pieces and brown.
    Remove and add celery, onion, green pepper and garlic.
    Saute vegetables, then return meat to pan and add tomato soup, wine, carrots and mushrooms.
    Simmer until done.
