Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    12 oz. chocolate chips (I use 6 oz.)
Preparation
    Cream margarine, shortening, vegetable oil and sugar.
    Add egg, vanilla and sour milk.
    Mix until well blended.
    Sift dry ingredients and add.
    Mix in zucchini last.
    Spoon into pan and sprinkle top of cake with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
