Cowboy Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can chili with beans
3 c. potatoes, diced, cooked and drained
salt and pepper
garlic
chili powder (to taste)
Preparation

Brown and drain fat.
Add onion, lightly brown.
Add tomatoes, breaking up, and chili, corn and potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Easily doubled.
