Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 sticks margarine
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
4 or 5 bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip
chocolate syrup, chopped nuts and maraschino cherries for garnish
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat together 2 eggs, 2 cups powdered sugar and 2 sticks melted margarine for 15 minutes and spread over graham cracker crust. Slice bananas and place over mixture.
Spread drained crushed pineapple next and then the Cool Whip over all. Dribble chocolate syrup and sprinkle chopped nuts across. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate to set.
