Marinated Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope honey mustard salad dressing mix
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
    2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
    mushrooms, yellow pepper or anything you prefer
Preparation
    Stir dressing, orange juice and oil in a large bowl.
    Add chicken and vegetables; toss to coat.
    Cover; refrigerate 3 hours. Heat broiler or grill.
    Arrange chicken and vegetables on skewer. Broil 3 inches from heat about 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently and basting with remaining mix.
