Betty'S Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water (warm)
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
6 to 7 c. bread flour
Preparation

Measure water into a large bowl.
Add yeast and stir until dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly and turn out on floured surface to knead.
When smooth and elastic, place dough back in greased bowl.
Turn dough so greased side is on top.
Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
Punch down and let rise again for 1/2 hour.
