Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Combine rice, salt and pepper in greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle with onion powder.
    Add mushrooms and juice.
    Arrange chicken on top.
    Add bouillon and water.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
