Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 small purple onion, diced
    1 cucumber, diced (unpeeled)
    1 small jar pimentos (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. or more buttermilk Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large bowl.
    Refrigerate overnight.
