7 Grain Gluten Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. 7 grains
    2 c. gluten flour
    2 Tbsp. brewer's yeast flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. onion powder
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Soak grains with water at 1 cup level line (1/2 cup more water) overnight (equals 2 batches).
    Blend until fine in blender all except flour.
    Mix in the flour in a bowl.
    May be made into 2 rolls and wrapped in Saran Wrap and frozen.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick and boil in broth 45 minutes.
