Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    olive oil (enough to wet lettuce)
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    egg
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 c. croutons
    4 anchovy fillets, cut into bits (optional)
Preparation
    Tear washed romaine leaves into bits and place into large bowl.
    Add salt, pepper and olive oil to greens (don't add more oil than is needed to coat leaves).
    Beat egg and add to middle of salad.
    Then add lemon juice and lightly mix to coat.
    Add cheese and croutons; mix again.
