Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, heat milk and salt. Add 1/2 cup rice. Cook until tender.
    Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk.
    Mix together 3/4 cup evaporated milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla.
    Add slowly to hot mixture.
    Cook until thick.
