California Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. California Blend vegetables
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers, mashed (1 sleeve)
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in boiling water 3 to 5 minutes (do not overcook); drain.
    Melt butter and pour 1/2 of butter over vegetables in pan.
    Cube cheese; add and toss cheese.
    Take rest of butter and crackers; crumble together (in bowl) and pour over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in a small size pan (brownie pan).
