Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 breakfast steaks
    6 slices bacon
    2 onions
    2 small cans mushrooms
    mustard
    margarine
    flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Tenderize steaks with mallet.
    Brown bacon; drain and crumble. Saute onions and mushrooms in a little margarine.
    Add crumbled bacon; set aside.
    Spread mustard heavily on one side of steak with salt and pepper.
    Spread onion mixture on steak.
    Roll up and fasten with thread.
    Roll in flour; brown on all sides with margarine and add hot water for gravy.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or until done; thicken gravy with cornstarch, dissolved in cold water.
