Zucchini-Corn-Chile-Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, cut in disk shape
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. frozen corn
    4 to 5 slices American cheese
    1 can chopped green chili
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, add 1/4 cup butter and the 2 medium zucchini cut up in disks and saut.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until softened and brown. Next, add 2 cups corn, cover with a lid and cook until corn is soft. The last thing to do is add the slices of cheese and chili. Let this melt together. Cook over medium heat and the whole thing takes about 20 minutes to cook.
