Country Apple Pie - cooking recipe

5 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
9-inch uncooked pie shell
Preparation

Line uncooked pie shell with thinly sliced apples.
Mix together sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and cream and pour over apples.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon mixed together over the top of pie.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
