Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. hot water
1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, cornstarch, sugar and hot water.
Cook until thickened.
Place sliced strawberries in cooked pie shells.
Pour thickened mixture over strawberries.
Place in refrigerator and let cool.
Spread Cool Whip on top of pies and place some berries on top.
