Potatoes Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, brown and drain
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    Layer potatoes in bottom, 1/2 of soup mixture next, 1/2 of sausage; repeat, ending with sausage.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven 2 to 3 minutes, uncovered.
