That Good Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 lemons
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter or margarine and saute onion. Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Add rice to onion and butter.
    Mix in juice from both lemons and sour cream.
    Mix well and it's ready.
    Goes great with broiled chicken.
