Cwikta Or Beet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beets
    wine vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    salt
Preparation
    Bake or pressure-cook beets.
    It seems that baking or cooking quickly under pressure preserves the redness of the beets better than a long boiling process.
    Peel and grate the beets and mix with horseradish.
    Add salt.
    Cover with vinegar and keep cold in a jar.
    Serve with cold meats or boiled meats.
    (This is served at Easter and excellent accompaniment to fresh sausage.)
