Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 Cup melted oleo
    1/2 Cup diced onion
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Cups cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir well.
    Spoon into a greased 9 X 13 pan.
    Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes.
    Dot with oleo. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
