Banana-Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. mashed banana
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine;
    add egg yolks and mix well. Add banana.
    Sift
    dry ingredients; add alternately with sour cream to
    margarine
    mixture.
    Mix
    thoroughly.
    Add vanilla, stiffly beaten
    egg whites and nuts.
    Pour into a 10 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    When cool, cut into bars and dust with powdered sugar.
