Grandmothers Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lg. tomatoes
    2 lg. green peppers (chopped)
    2 lg. onions (chopped)
    2 c. vinegar 5% acidity
    2 tbsp. pickling salt
Preparation
    Peel
    and chop vegetables. Add vinegar and salt.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 2 hours. Put into jars immediately. Process in water.
