Vegetable Calzone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
    1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, drained
    1 c. lite Ricotta cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw dough and let rise per package directions.
    Combine broccoli,
    Ricotta, Mozzarella, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Punch down and divide bread dough into 4 parts and roll on floured surface into 4 (8-inch) circles.
    Place 3/4 cup cheese mixture onto half of circle, leaving 1-inch border.
    Fold over, press and crimp edges with a fork to seal.
    Brush with egg.
