Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. blackberry jam
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 box raisins
Preparation

Grease and flour bottoms of three 8-inch pans.
Grind raisins, nuts and coconut in food processor.
Cream butter and sugar together; add vanilla.
Beat eggs and buttermilk.
Sift together flour, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mix together with egg mixture.
Then fold in jam, raisins, nuts and coconut.
Pour into pans and bake 30 minutes or pick comes out clean.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
