Cranberry Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

single crust pastry
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans
1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
Preparation

Prepare pastry and line 9-inch pie plate.
Do not pierce pastry.
Prepare filling in a large bowl.
Beat eggs slightly; stir in sugar, salt, corn syrup and melted butter.
Mix well. Stir in pecans and cranberries.
Pour fillig into pie crust. Cover edges of crust with foil to prevent overbrowning.
