Special Company Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 c. milk
    6 slices white bread
    8 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown the sausage and drain well.
    Cube bread slices and place in bottom of ovenproof pan.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour over bread cubes.
    Spread sausage over top of eggs and then top with cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight and bake next morning in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
