Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut flakes
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    pinch of salt
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs and vinegar.
    Add coconut, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
