Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix (Pioneer or Bisquick)
    1 c. sugar, separated
    3 Tbsp. plus 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 2/3 c. hot tap water
    confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk mix, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan.
    Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended.
    Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Carefully pour hot water on top (do not stir). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
