Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crab meat
1 small onion, chopped
1 small jar pimento
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 small can chopped mushrooms
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk (I use skim)
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Make a white sauce with the margarine, flour and milk.
Cook over low heat and stir.
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook until begins to thicken.
Add the other chopped ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Add eggs, mushrooms and crab meat.
Stir well.
Put into a buttered baking dish and cover with 1/2-inch of buttered bread crumbs.
This is most important.
Bake at 350\u00b0
until brown, about 30 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
