Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add and stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add evaporated milk and boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Gradually add powdered sugar.
Continue beating until smooth. Double recipe for layer cake.
