Chicken Rolls In Phyllo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boiled chickens (reserve broth)
    3 sticks butter
    3 c. chopped onions
    3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. reserved broth
    salt and pepper
    5 eggs
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. phyllo
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Debone the chicken and chop
    meat to make about 6 cups. Melt 1 stick butter
    in
    a
    large\tpot
    and
    cook onions for 5 minutes. Add celery;
    cover\tand
    cook until tender.
    Stir in chopped meat, broth,
    salt
    and
    pepper;\tcook until liquid is absorbed.\tRemove from
    heat\tand
    cool 10 minutes.
    Beat eggs well and fold\tinto chicken mixture.
    Add chopped parsley and nutmeg.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt remaining butter.
