Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. grated zucchini, packed well
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine and beat well the first 4 ingredients.
    Add zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
    Add to mixture.
    Add nuts.
    Spread mixture in greased and floured bread tins.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
