Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 2 lemons
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
-
Mix 2 cups of milk, sugar, flour and salt in saucepan.
Cook over low heat.
Stir until mixture boils and begins to thicken.
