Cocktail Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
1/8 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Crisco
12 oz. jar chili sauce
10 oz. jar grape jelly
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, milk and egg in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Add next 4 ingredients; gently shape into balls by hand.
Melt Crisco in skillet.
Brown meat balls. Pour off grease.
Heat jelly and chili sauce in skillet; stir well until jelly is completely melted.
Add meat balls to sauce and stir until they are coated. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
